Q. Why does some Thin Finn Dry Black Coated have a light brown leather patch and some are black?
A. The light brown patch is only for the 1st season of the TFDBC. They are all black leather patches from the 2nd season till now.
Q. How long will my items arrive?
A. 3 Days EXCLUDING Weekends
Q. Can I cancel my order after the MO is closed?
A. No, I will have already placed your order if the MO is closed.

Q. I have paid you for my 1 pair of jeans, now what?
In order to start the MO, 3 pairs of jeans will need to be ordered altogether
Once there are 3 customers who have paid me for the jeans, I will make the order and they will arrive within 3 days excluding weekends and ready for collection.
Q. Do I need to make a full payment first? I am afraid you will run away with my money.
A. No, you can choose to :
- make a full payment via iBanking/ATM bank transfer(Preferred Choice As It Will make the MO go very smoothly)
- transfer 50% to me and pay the other 50% when we meet-up for collection(CASH ON DELIVERY)

Q. Can I exchange my jeans if it doesn't fit me after I get it?
A. Yes, you can, but it is not recommend as you will have to pay for the shipping fees and handling fees. They are also subjected to availibilty of the sizes. Customers are adviced to consider carefully about choosing the sizes you order.If you are unsure about the sizing, feel free to contact me for advices as I'm very familiar with Nudie Jeans.

I will need the full or 50% to be transferred to my account before I make the order.
Please take note that in the event whereby there is a delay in the payment of a customer or if iBanking experiences technical difficulties, the MO may be delayed. In order to avoid this, please make payment On Time. Preferrably As Soon As Possible.
Although there has not been any occurrence of the supplier delivering wrong goods, please be informed that I will not be liable for the shipping cost for and exchange, although an exchange is possible.
